Nelly

Inspired by my grandmother’s life, though highly fictional, NELLY is the portray of a Hungarian teenager living in Budapest during 1940s. The novel aims to reveal some of the dreams and the nightmares hidden in a young heart forced to witness the absurdity of a war and at the same time fated to meet the greatest of all loves. The story is built on a palette of contrasts painting the background of a narrative that brings face to face the ephemerality of the moment and the eternity of love.
